Recognizing the overwhelming demand, discussions were held with state associations, resulting in approximately 400,000 additional tickets being made available for the tournament. The general sale of tickets for all matches commenced on September 8 at 8:00 PM on the Cricket World Cup website.

World Cup 2023 Schedule – Latest Updates

The rescheduling of the highly anticipated India versus Pakistan match was a highlight. Originally slated for October 15, the match has now been moved to October 14. The alteration was made to accommodate the start of the Navratri festival, as ensuring security arrangements on the original date would have posed challenges.

As the excitement builds, cricket enthusiasts can look forward to the opening match of the tournament on October 5 at the magnificent Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Furthermore, the final showdown will also take place at this iconic venue.
